1. Eligibility
Exchanges and returns are valid within 14 days of online purchase date. For hygiene reasons, the plastic packaging must be unopened and uncut.
2. Exchanges
You may request a product exchange under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to a shipping fee of 100 EGP.
- To request an exchange, please message us with a brief reason and a clear photo of the product.
3. Refunds
You may request a refund through our direct messages. Refunds are subject to the following:
- The returned product must arrive in its original condition.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
- A pickup fee of 100 EGP is deducted from the refund amount.
The refund is returned via the original payment method used at purchase unless otherwise agreed.
